1. Remove all forms of annoyances and meditate in the same room everyday if possible. Be sure that you will not be disturb.
2. Be sure that you are sitting or lying down comfortably, wear something comfortable.
3. Do not start thinking, just let your mind flow.
(imagine that you are going out of your normal thinking mode and into a warm, dry beach somewhere
and enjoying your sunbath.
4 Be open and be receiving, listen with your ears, eyes and an open mind.
5. You can light up a candle or some tea-lights.
6. You can put on a meditation music as background music for your meditation.
7. Shut your mobilephone.
8. See to it to meditate in a room where your feel that the energy is right and
the room is comfortably warm.
