1.Wake up with a smile. (This because I managed to get 6 hours of sleep, a luxury i haven't had for a long time now)
2. Thanking for all the good things i had and going to have in life.
3. Splashing my face with lukewarm water.
4. Making myself some light coffee and a glass of water, making it ready on the table.
5. Setting the oven for my pork steak.
6. Setting up my laptop, making it ready for my exercise.
7. Writing my first blog this morning about aromatherapy.
8. Doing my work-out and yoga for 1 hour.
9. Hitting the shower after my "sweaty" and wonderful training exercises.
10. Getting ready for my protein rich breakfast..
This weekend.
My eldest daughter (23 soon 24) and her b.f. are not on a visit this time. In fact, they have not been here again after they transferred in their own beautiful apartment, four weeks ago. But my son (eldest,30) and my youngest daughter (18) and her b.f. are here.
I love it when my children gather around me and are happy!
My daughter made a wonderful food for us yesterday evening, and she also made a cheesecake for dessert. It was a great dinner we have yesterday. Thanks Diana Grace, for making our Saturday evening a successful one ! My son and my eldest daughter were on videoconference yesterday while my daughter and me were bizi in the kitchen. Great fun !
Today, my youngest daughter (18) has for long gone for work at 7:00 by a nursing home not so far from here.
It is some 17 min. drive by car. and she's driving her own car. So it is easier for her to commute, much easier than i do.
Me, I'm not that happy with regards to my car, 'coz it is still unfixed after the gearbox broked down 4 weeks ago. It is not easy to commute with Sunday buses from my workplace after 10 p.m this evening.
So wish me luck on that! But I've learned to take things in stride, then things goes better this way! I may come home late this evening or at at 1 a.m.?!
But I'll be home for sure tonight!
But at the moment; i'm enjoying my day, today is Sunday and the day seems beautiful !
The weather is good and I am feeling good! :)
