The ideal life ( part 1)

1.  Be out in nature every day; it makes you rooted and provides connection to the changing cycles.
2.  Take no toxins. It includes toxic thoughts, literature, images and actions as well  foods sprayed by harmful chemicals like pesticides.
( Things related to toxic literatures, images, etc. are mostly subjective)
3.  Do not force out a situation (whatever it may be about). Take the path of least resistance. Force creates stress.
4.  Nurture positive emotions
5.  Cultivate healthy relationships, such as contributing to your own and others' well-being. A relationship that doesn't  drain your strength but brings in goodness and contribute for better integrity.
6.  Be nice, tolerant and compassionate to everyone you meet.
7. Do not go shopping on impulse. Although spontaneity is a positive trait, it pays to think before you act, then you can consider the possible consequences of your actions and thereby avoid developing negative habit.
