Bachelor thesis on Meditationyoga and Mindfulness based stress-reduction.

Dear everyone,
I am on my last year on nursing studies and I am on the preparation process  to write my Bachelor thesis on stress-coping.  I am going to write about Yoga, meditation and "Mindfulness" training for coping up stress or stress reduction. And i can need input from everyone. Senior citizens, please come with your experience too!

Kjære alle sammen,


Jeg er på mitt siste år på sykepleierstudier, og jeg er på forberedelsesprosessen til å skrive min Bacheloroppgave om stress - mestring . Jeg kommer til å skrive om Yoga, meditasjon og " Mindfulness " trening for å reduserer opplevelsen av stress og som stress-mestring.Og jeg kan trenge noen innspill fra noen. Ja faktisk fra alle,  også  innspill fra eldre befolkning og pensjonister.

Mindfulness betyr å gi oppmerksomhet til det nåværende tidspunkt med en ikke-dømmende , åpen holdning . 
Mindfulness er utviklet gjennom praktisering av meditasjon.

Tips:  
Practicing mindfulness every day becomes simple when following these tips.
1. Begin in the morning to create a habit. This will set the pattern for peace for entire day.
2. Learn to stop multitasking throughout the day. Working on too many things at the same time reduces the ability to concentrate on any one of them fully. Many people let their minds drift to other things such as past conversations even when drinking a cup of tea. However, mindfulness requires them to focus on the drinking experience, such as the temperature and flavor of the tea.
3. Practice meditation. Although there are many small ways to become more mindful, meditation can become a daily occurrence. During meditation, the individual will not focus on any one thought. Instead, he or she will be able to let their thoughts go past them without worry, concern or analysis.
4. Yoga combines body movements with meditation. Those performing yoga will move in a series of stances and stretches while focusing their attention on their muscles and breathing.
