I called the routine as bed-time yoga.
Better than sleeping pills and there are no side-effects,
Very good for your whole being.

Close your eyes, go into relaxing and calming positions and breath normally.
Find your natural and relaxing position and listen to your breath...do the exercise
slowly...
Create a space for your breath or lenghtened it. as you can see on this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgcW_4vssvM
Relax...
and listen to your body, in doing that, you have to go
into a meditative mood.... and remember to close your eyes (halfway or fully) each move.....while
moving into different positions where you can hear
the relaxing sound of your breath...
These slow yoga steps are design to make your body and mind relax so you can easily
fall asleep.
Your position should be so comfortable without any strain or pain.
Adjust .
Each should be between 2- 3 minutes..
This exercise works like
"silent lullabyes"..
Plan ahead. Make a choice where to sleep.
You can do this on bed or on the floor.
Be sure you have a mattress and a plaid/blanket with you if you do this exercise
on the floor so you won't freeze, for you may fall asleep
there and then, It can happen.
So goodluck and
GOODNIGHT <3
