Train your muscles to promote health and improve sex-life ( a reminder)

Just want to say that with my daily yoga exercise, I am tightening up my muscles, 
At my pelvic bottom, making muscles real tight, and this is a sort of a good news 
An inspiration for others. This is in fact, a reminder!

Bold and daring. I am!
You probably have heard the song ..Like a virgin? 
We'll, it feels like I'm that close !
Not bad being a woman at 57,  who have given birth to 3 children, the normal way.
So I'm proud of my womanly achievements, like doing  my daily exercise to maintain,
And for me, this is an essential part of being strong and healthy a woman can be !
It calls for a small, daily celebration that I deserve
And you deserve it too as well, but you
have to start .."your exercise"


Note: Any exercise for the purpose of tightening up the muscles, that leads to improving
your body and exercise that leads to a better sex-life  is excellent  and really worth doing.
