Honest, daring, unrestrained and inspiring

Just want to say that with my daily yoga exercise, I am tightening up my muscles, 
At my pelvic bottom, making muscles real tight, and this is a sort of a good news 
An inspiration for others.

You probably have heard the song ..Like a virgin? 
We'll, it feels like I'm that close !
Not bad being a woman at 57,  who have given birth to 3 children, the normal way.
So I'm proud of my womanly achievements, like doing  my daily exercise to maintain,
And for me, this is an essential part of being strong and healthy a woman can be !
It calls for a small, daily celebration that I deserve
And you deserve it too as well! So start doing..."your exercise"


Note: Any exercise for the purpose of tightening up muscles, is really beneficial.
A specific exercise that leads to improving
sex-life  is a must for women.
