Sun salutations yoga. Twelve yoga exercises.
I do this 2 times a day.
One during the morning (during sunrise) to say hello to the sun
and one during the evening ( by sunset) to say thank you to the sun !;)
Good for your health and is so wonderful and natural way to pay tribute and to show gratitude to the nature and the universe which you and me are being a part of :)
The truth is...we ...are...all....one ! :)
