Meditation ( Objective )
Why does meditation ?
What happens during meditation ?

Accurate answers we know really about .
The ancient meditation tradition claims that we have a level of consciousness,
an inner self that can give us wisdom and guidance .

Practicing meditation helps us
- silent anger and provide us access to this inner source.
I also tend to say that access to your inner paradise. Your core.

Meditation teaches us to control our thoughts and feelings
instead of being controlled by them .

Normally our mind flitting from thought to thought in an endless chain of associations
which we can verify by opening observing ourselves carefully.

Here is an example: A car getting inside ahead in traffic.
- immediately begin an internal dialogue inside us - mad ! ( and often wordless )
- we tell the other driver what we think about him.
- one tank takes the second and annoyance grows ! !

If one allows that type of "internal note " continue , it can get harmful influence
on our psyche and physical health.

Meditation and Consciousness (and the inner workings )
By practicing the evidence public with meditation , we can increase our awareness of how the
internal process begins.
- determine whether it is helpful, and if not, can we stop it
or at least limit it greatly. !

Meditation also get the mental process ( as planning and problem solving )
to be more effective in that it helps focus the mind on an issue.
It instead let your mind soar into unproductive dreams.

Meditation handle one thing at a time .

Meditation leads us to live here and now !
