Det er faktisk viktig at du kjenner at du gjør det i ditt tempo, i din rytme og ingen brå bevegelser som kan føre til feilbelastning. Du kan finne stilling som synes behagelig "vondt" for deg, gjør det sakte og rolig...og husk å puste!!!!!!
Så må du ha musikk i bakgrunn som både setter deg i rett stemning og gir inspirasjon.
Det finnes mange type musikk du kan bruke. Jeg har min gamle favoritt som heter Tantric vibrations fra 1999. Den er behagelig og er samtidig stimulerende. En annen favoritt: Total Balance (The feel good music collection by Fridrik Karlsson.
Hvis du har tid...kan vi gjøre oppvarmingen sammen...Jeg bruker bl.a. Solyoga (Sun salutations yoga). Og helt til slutt..Du må lære å " gi slipp "
og det finnes øvelser for det også.

After a stressful day of work, you need to relax.

Conducting yoga is not to overdo it. The same is true with meditation. Take the time you need, no stress and no sudden movements.
It is important that you know that you do it at your own pace.
Find your rhythm and do it with no unnecessary strain. You can find a position that seems comfortably "bad or pain" for you, do it slowly and quietly ... and remember to breathe!!!
So you have to have music in the background to put you in the right mood and
music that gives inspiration.
