Now by this sensual exercise that can really bring you
closer together,
you can now try
sharing breath
Exercise : Sit in meditation pose back to back
on the floor or on the bed.
The room should be quiet and comfortably heated .
You can put on comfortable and peaceful music that you like.
Example : The sound of the rain .... this is very pleasant to hear !
Put your hands comfortably in your lap
or on the knees and close your eyes.
Concentrate on each other's breath,
synchronize!
Breathe deeply and calm.
If your mind go astray
then take them back,
Focus to the breath and
the steady rhythm of - and exhalation.
Hold on as long as you both want to.

Good relaxation .
When you breathe slowly and deeply as this exercise described here , you are setting
the body's own relaxation response .
If you like to see if this is true then you can actually see it for yourself !
When you have breathed six deep breaths with your partner, you
will notice that your shoulders lowered all by itself with 2cm. or so ! ;)
