DNB. ( DNB ASA is Norway's largest financial services group with total combined assets of more than NOK 1.9 trillion and a market capitalisation NOK 164 billion as per 20 May 2016.) -wikipedia.

In DNB's corporate social responsibility policy, we read that "DNB is committed to taking into account the climate and environmental, social and governance in all its activities, and DNB will not be involved in violation of human and labor rights, corruption, severe environmental degradation or other actions that may be perceived as grossly unethical. " These principles are violated in the development of Dakota Access Pipeline by financially supporting through credit lines to companies behind the project.

DNB must take ethical rules seriously or the consequence of not doing it .

CITIGROUP.

Citigroup is playing a major role as both a financer of the project and the loan agent. Lindsey Allen of the Rainforest Action Network said, "Citibank’s leading role in financing the pipeline makes it complicit in gross violations of Indigenous and human rights."
