Setting new resolutions for the new year which is more
manageable and realistic than last year . Beginning with " sweet remains
" . 2 Jan. is according to plan, the day where "leftovers " of
Christmas candy , cookies and chocolates be packed away, discarded ( at
expiration ) or dispensed strictly so it should only be a "healthy -
portion " ( negotiable ) on the table on weekends. Drink less coffee and
get to bed at 10:30 -11:30 p.m. (depending on shift-schedule). Sorts food and read behind content
declaration in stores when we shop .
I want you and me to be more conscious
about what we buy and what we eat. And to be more clever in making plans and do things plan-wise.
And lastly but not the least, be happy and put a smile on your face. It is healthy for body and mind, so have a good portion of it everyday.
I know we will
achieve this ! So guys , how your new year 's resolutions looks / sounds for
