Nutritious dinner. (Simple, exotic, aesthetic and delicious )

Just done with the exotic dinner, mini "pytt i panne" in norwegian. My own recipe.

Cooked Quinoa grains
Rest of chicken meat from yesterday
egg,
spinach
orange, green, yellow, red bell pepper.
two fresh carrots
pearl or cherry tomatoes,

Coldpressed virgin olive oil
garlic,
Red onion,
Pink Himalaya salt,
Extra virgin coconut oil,
Organic pepper
Turmeric, 

Very nutritious, lovely aroma and taste wonderful !

You just have to try it folks!

(Mix and match with your own choice of vegetables and spices)...

Use your imagination, dont be afraid to try!
