Have you been so tired,

that you already today


 want to take the nap for tomorrow?



Take a goodnight sleep!

And to do that you have to try to go to bed earlier.

In this way you may be able  to get the right amount of sleep


your body needs!


Although it is individual,  i  still believe that right amount means 7 hours of sleep or so.


So start tonight!
