Human beings, the "homo-sapiens" are actually capable of doing it, putting our bodies in shambles and out of balance / equilibrium. This is the sad fact, that we humans are behaving as if there is some spare-parts we can just take out somewhere, when our body parts become very ill and needed a replacement. There is also a saying that it is better to
prevent than to cure ! I sound like a moralist, but I am not, I am just a realist when it comes to health. ( I am too old not to be realistic !)
This is but a sad fact, that's why we become ill and be hospitalized. By becoming sick as direct consequence of not taking care of our body is different and a shameless thing, compared to becoming sick as a consequence of something beyond our control . Yeah, these are two different manners. But we will not discuss this tonight.
"We become what we eat" - a saying we all heard about.

Throughout most of it's life, the human village clean itself nicely without effort, it handles everything we throw at it, the most wonderful machine that exists. I am talking about the human body!
But as we get older, the impact of unhealthy lifestyle becomes noticeable. If one treatment plant is over-strained, other organs take over and do their best, and the whole system is put out of equilibrium.
What happens then?
Toxins accumulate in tissue and causes disease - often as direct poisoning illness like:
Headache, constipation, joint diseases and cardiovascular, or infections of the poisoned tissues. We were taught these lesson in our natural therapy class, and it does really manifested in me, when I am not careful with food, then my skin really is in trouble.
Sounds logical to you?
I give you some homework. Starts to examine your own lifestyle. Make a note and work systematically. You will, with patience and time, be able to find out what is causing some disorder in your health, like noisy stomach, headache, constipation, troublesome joints
too dry or itchy skin, to mention a few. Be specific and consequent. You will be surprised
upon the result of your investigation. Try to compare the situation at present considering your lifestyle, you maybe will be surprised thinking that you haven't changed that much, you still eat the same food, but you are not getting younger my dear so the body undergoes some changes even if you eat the same food. The food that you eat before doesn't give you problems and now you are getting older, and the food that was harmless to you, suddenly causing trouble? Many factors to consider, but we really do not know, but one thing is sure, we are getting older and our body undergo some changes, the parts become weaker due wear and tear, like a machine. So we better take care, put the machine back to its form, in some way, then we have to adjust, we need to take a look at our food and make changes in our lifestyle. Does it sounds logical to you? it is for me !
and I know that my organs are getting older. I am not young anymore when my stomach was more robust, so I need to consider a change in my lifestyle to cope up and stay healthy. In order to arrive to my goal... of staying healthy and happy, I need to have a big portion of patience and self-discipline, and also self-respect.. and yes, I need to apply LOVE IN ALL ASPECTS OF MY LIFE ! It may sounds weird to you, but it is true ! :)
I always say : Everything is connected ! :) <3
