Health : Eat more carbohydrates....(eat less protein-food)

Too much or too little is not good. So it comes to finding a certain balance, the same rule applies to everything in life. Here, too much protein and not enough carbohydrates are not good. Thereby creating imbalance with negative consequences. If you want to live longer, you need to eat more carbohydrates, and less proteins, this, according to new research.
For me, the best way is to find the balance between the two food groups. As an active person I am, who use energy all day at work and home, and to thrive (not the least), I need to have almost 50-50, almost as much from the two food groups. 50% proteins and 50% carbohydrates. Then I am really at my best! (physically and psychologically)

(High-carbohydrate and protein meals may be important for labor workers, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts and endurance athletes. High-carbohydrate and protein meals provide a balance of nutrients than improves energy levels and stamina throughout the day. A high-carbohydrate and protein meal is appropriate for helping the body recover after a long hard day of work )

Having an awareness of food, proves to be useful. Myself, I try to find the balance. On week-end, when I am on my relaxing mood, I can allow myself to enjoy and eat the food that I am careful with during weekdays.

Some carbohydrates are better than the other.
The useful carbohydrates - found in fruits and vegetables and "the complex carbohydrates in nuts, grains and legumes. These take time for the body to convert sugar. And they contain a variety of vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants and essential nutrients,
One must remember that there are two types of carbs. That is the useful and the useless (think nutritionally valuable or not valuable)
IMPORTANT: It is recommended that carbohydrates should make up at least half of our daily calorie intake.
Find out what's best for you ... in relation to your energy, well-being and health in general.
