People ask if i do naked yoga and my answer is no. I need to
feel sensual and in tuned when i do my yoga and being naked is not a part of it.
I need my music, my candle lights, my scented room, all these contributes to a good mood for the yoga ritual, it really is for me. Then everything will be fine.

Almost naked is another thing and it feels sensual and liberating.
Being naked in yoga is alright and I don’t see anything
wrong with it, so others may do it.
I am doing my EARTH FLOW YOGA now and loving every move and everything about it.J
