Just a reminder for all of us.
It is much easier to just take the elevator or the
escalator.
But remember, that if you want to realize some goals in life
it always
means hard-work. In order not to gain unnecessary
weight that may give you health problems later,
you have to do things
the harder way, like using the stairs.
Experience-wise, it is only in the beginning that thing
seems harder, later on you will become use to it, and will start to really like
it, for then we are talking about the "liking" that becomes a part of
your inner motivation !
So, good luck and enjoy your exercise!
And, as you can see on the photo, you also are contributing into saving energy and thus helping the environment.
