Inspirational. Feeling good ( train and do it your way)

Feeling good!
Climbing up the 128- 130  steps on the stairway to the 11th floor of the building
and going the same way down instead of using the elevator, is  a " feeling-good exercise"


You can do the same, start doing it today!
If you ask me, It was not that heavy,
If you need to, you can take a  break, stop for a while,
then proceed
with your exercise !;)
Don't forget to take with you a bottle of drinking water !

Me, feeling good, busy in life,
but this is the way i want it at 57, am still  trying to find
balance in every aspect of my life without overdoing.
I think I am coping up. And instead of using the energy on negative things
like  "complaining"
I focus my energy on positive things instead, like the sunshine
of today, it is indeed  lovely  on a September month, and it  makes me happy!
