Climbing up the 128- 130 steps on the stairway to the 11th floor of the building
and going the same way down instead of using the elevator, is a " feeling-good exercise"
You can do the same, start doing it today!
If you ask me, It was not that heavy,
If you need to, you can take a break, stop for a while,
then proceed
with your exercise !;)
Don't forget to take with you a bottle of drinking water !
