Health Tips. Do your breathing exercise ( two minutes 2- 3x a day)

When you're feeling stressed
and feeling you're on the way to lose control
because of it..you have to
STOP FOR A WHILE....

Hold your head up high and
think that you are going to
do an exercise, so simple yet so vital.
The breathing exercise... this  to put
yourself together again.


The exercise:
Sit down comfortably, close your eyes !
Breath inn - and fill the body with O2 the whole way down.
And breath out freely and preferrably with an Ahhhh sound.,
or better still Go into
the position of expanding your breast  by rounding your mouth and lips ..as if you are blowing!.choose whichever is
best for you.. For me the most proper way to do it
that  gives the  feeling of release and relief
is when you exhale with the great Ahhhhh sound ,..
Find the best way that suits you!

RELAX.

It is simple
it is helpful and healthy
it is vital
it is relieving !
