Saturday and Sunday.. ( Relaxing and re-charging days)

Enjoy your week-end, 
seek time to relax, charge your batteries.

Don't let anything or anyone to bother you at this moment.

Exercise: 
Find a place, anywhere it can be where you can be yourself,
undisturbed.
Sit down and lay comfortably back and
focus to your breath....

Breath deeply in .. and...breath out with Ahhhh sound !
Do this exercise for..say 5 minutes.

Afterwards  you will  feel recharged, 
and is ready to take the next step.
The next step is as simple as the first one.

Exercise:

You may put on some comfortable and relaxing sound on your stereo.
Lie down comfortably on a mattress or anything comfortable at 
your choice.
Spread your legs  and spread your arms alongside,
close your eyes.
Relax for 10 minutes..

Drink water after the exercises.
Total of 20 minutes.

Believe me, these simple breathing and relaxing  exercise does wonder for 
your well-being...
