Hæ? For det første, detoxing kan gjøres med noe så enkelt som å spise sunt, drikke mye vann, unngå prosessert mat, og trene hardt og regelmessig - les artikkelen jeg postet tidligere. Videre gir ikke frukt all verdens energi med mindre du spiser en hel haug. Det er også snakk om veldig lett tilgjengelig energi i form av glukose og fruktose, noe som betyr at kroppen bruker mindre energi på å frigjøre det, får høyere blodsukker og dermed insulinutsondring, og fruktosen ender lett opp i fettcellene. Ingenting av dette hjelper fettforbrenningen, heller tvert imot.

Gasser produseres når mat ikke blir fordøyd skikkelig, grunnet manglende enzymer. Et eksempel er laktoseintoleranse - vedkommende mangler evnen til å fordøye melkesukkeret, dermed produseres gasser og ubehag. Etter at de rette bakteriene blir reintrodusert i systemet derimot, vil vedkommende igjen klare å fordøye melkesukkeret.
Jeg skal ikke utelukke at å ete frukt på tom mage kan hjelpe for enkelte, da det kanskje fremskynder prosessen og gir det mindre tid til å råtne. Men det er fortsatt ikke noen god løsning - gjør heller noe med fordøyelsen din. Sørg for et balansert bakteriesamfunn ved å få i deg probiotika og prebiotika, unngå antibiotika og prosessert/kunstig mat og tilsetninger, spis til du er forsynt og ikke stappmett, og oppretthold en aktiv livsstil.
