Enjoy your weekend ( eat your cake with good conscience)

Når du er flink med å bevege på deg, eller flink med å ta noen lette push-ups, eller ta noen lette yoga økter...sånn innimellom, så kan du med god samvittighet spise noen usunne, deilige kaker eller annet om helgene.... yes, you can, and you should to enjoy.. and you deserve it. På bildet her heter herligheten- sjokolade fondant med vispet krem toppet med sjokoladebiter, brinngebærekrem og fersk bringebær. Det er bakt/laget av min eldste datter, hjemme hos meg og det var fantastisk deilig !!!




When you during the weekdays, are clever to exercise, take some light push-ups, or take some

simple yoga session occasionally, then you can with a good conscience eat delicious cakes or the like in  the weekends !
Yes, you can do it and you deserve it!

The chocolate fondant, as pictured here, was  baked/made by my eldest daughter. You should have tasted it !
