on my training exercises and yoga making it my own way..
and a combination of my usual work-out and my yoga
suit me best !
Look at the plants, trees and animals around you!
Try to imitate their movement..but in your own way!
Study the forms, sense and feel the esthetic, the beauty
and character of the non-living things around you!..
Give them life in you! Use your senses when you "improvise" and "imitate"
Everything around you are models...they are inspirations
when you start to create your own.
And take notes if necessary!
Make drawings, make it big and place it in front of you
Imitate, practice and believe you can do it, enjoy!
Just remember, first thing to do ever, is to warm up.
Then work on some positions familiar to you,
then start to improvise but only to the extent
that is comfortable for you, meaning, when you feel kind of comfortable
strain...then you are doing it right!
Find the ideal..find your balance!
Do not make the wrong movement, wrong
in this context means movement that cause unnecessary
strain in the body... work comfortably and slowly
your body communicates all the time sending
you signals...
Practice!...and practice ..until you feel that you can master the task.. your own way,
at your own phase and rhythm.
Then make yoga and improvised training a part of your regular routine!
Note: Please remember to breath!!!
Innhale at one movement
then exhale on the next.:)
Goodluck on your improvisation!:)
