and feel happier everyday.

Be at peace with yourself and you will see it will also be easier to be at peace with the rest of the world.
Be contented and thankful, loving and caring, and show kindness from your heart.
Be on a "daily dialog" with yourself. If you have a pet then you have someone
you can talk to.
Talk to plants and trees, it is being healthy, stimulating and being with the nature you really are.
It is not being weird when your neighbor catches you talking to yourself.
Be open about it, and share your thoughts.
Stay nice, sweet, unique and happy as you are and the world becomes a happier place for you and people around you.
Start to mingle and be friendly. And always remember
to smile... and be a sunshine yourself.
Feel free as a human being and individual and develop your sensuality. Be true to yourself and your sexual life.
Do not compare yourself with others, develop your own style instead.
Be honest with yourself and raise yourself and be proud of your achievements.
Learn but do not dwell on your past.
Enjoy what the moment can bring. What you sow today will be harvested tomorrow.

Try to use pro-biotic to condition your body and the bacteria flora in your system.
Then add kefir or natural yoghurt in your daily food.
Eat seasonal food from the nature. Meaning choosing the vegetables and fruits that grows abundantly during the season (summer or autumn)
Eat real carbohydrates that your system need like potatoes, rice (nature or unpolished)banana.
Stay away from everything marked  "light", "zero" or "sugar-free"
Enjoy life and charge your batteries regularly.
Find your area of interest, hobbies. (I sing a lot to relax and feel happy)
It is okay to eat chocolates during week-ends. It is good tasting and it does good for you.
especially the darker one,
Damp-cook your vegetables, spray on some cold-pressed olive oil right on top of it on your plate, some dash of pink salt (himalaya) and fresh ground pepper.
Use a little bit sugar to enhance the taste, avoid other taste enhancer like MSG.
Enjoy preparing your own food and make cooking for dinner an important part of your day, a relaxing, healthy part of your daily life. Like a ritual.
Learn kitchen-economy and utilize the food, mix, and check what you have in the fridge, use your creative mind.

Eat your hard boiled eggs with good conscience everyday.
Exercise, and drink plenty lukewarm water with a dash of lemon and lime or any of your choice.
Get plenty of fresh air but don't get cold or freeze outside.
Wear clothes that gives warmth and think practical on these matter.
Take vitamin C. I take 1 gram when " I feel" my body needs extra,
Take cod-liver oil (tran)
Get enough sunshine during summer but do not overdo it.
Get enough sleep during night time. I feel really good when I manage to get 7-8 hours after a long
day at work. My body needs the rest and to rebuild.
Wake up early and be inspired
Avoid stress by waking up earlier and make it as a habit, this would also means
going to bed earlier to get 7-8 hrs. of sleep.
I don't need make-up when I get my "beauty sleep"
- meaning a good sleep makes you look and feel beautiful.

Take time to prepare yourself, eat breakfast, take coffee and get ready without
haste. Take time on the road and drive safely.
Be thankful, give yourself the love and attention you need, the same
way you do with others.
You are the only person who really knows the best for yourself but be open
for inputs and thoughts from others, they will enrich your life.
Inspire others !

Good thoughts to live by : TOO MUCH OR TOO LITTLE IS NOT GOOD.... So try to maintain a good balance in all areas of your life.
