"Off-mode" today as nurse. (After a wonderful week-end duty as head nurse)

Have day -off but not quite. for I need to write :)

I know I am a bit  «workaholic» so I need to find the balance. And

It is necessary with free - day to recharge .

It's my day off on Tuesdays after every third weekend duty. Glad to tell the world that Sunday 's responsibility guard at home-nursing was delightful in every way. No traffic and no cars so I had the roads all the way for myself . "Free as speedy Gonzales , but drove like a priest " as I may say it. 

It's fairly common with weekend challenges but it is to be solved . Fortunately, they were relatively simple and manageable challenges. One must resort to creative solutions also on a Sunday :) Small & manageable challenges are constructive and energizing . Thanks to employees who show up with smiles , good humor and positive attitude. and lastly but not least, good communication and collegial support among nurses between two departments.
