Philippines - land of contrasts

Philippines - country with extreme ( big ) contrasts. This time about toilet. Between poor people with outhouse or without , the rich with their fancy toilets..now with petrol station 's luxurious toilet. But is this picture authentic ? If true , it's GREAT (pay and feel like a millioner there inside), hoping this very "Comfortable Room" is open for ordinary mortals . I'm just wondering.
