Part 3 My life (with focus on day-offs)

DAY-OFF.

Make a quality day-off, spend time leisurely and wisely. Let the clock ticks slowly and enjoy the quality time together with your love ones or be in the nature or when you are alone. Take a breather, pamper and nurture yourself. Charge your batteries. The nature is the best place. You need a good sleep and trip in the nature during the day contributes for a sound sleep in the night. Settle on the nourishing food and be critical to it, in terms of your need and your allergies if you have. Read the product labels on the back when you are in the food shop and settle on products that are free from those "no, no stuff!"

Maintain your health mentally, physically and spiritually by having focus on your individual needs. Be aware and update your knowledge on health and on what is important in life.  Reconsider your values in life.
When you know this theory and how it works in practice, you have developed yourself then you are a potential good helper to contribute something useful to others. Observe what is good for your environment. Develop your consciousness on all areas of life. make it a part of your daily life. Share good thoughts and ideas !
