Make your own sunshine (Be glad and positive)

Life in Norway is not always sunny. There is a lot of rain, practically speaking. But to be honest, life here in this country is so much better

than anywhere else in the world. I am lucky.

And for this, I feel privileged..everyday of my life. I have so much to be happy for.

In this moment of my life, the list of things I am being happy for is getting longer.

So the list of things I am not happy for is getting shorter.

What you do in your daily life is important for life at all.

What ever it is, maintain a happy disposition.

When you let sunshine and positive things to take a big part of your daily life, then it is easier

to deal on less challenging things. 

So lets focus and develop the right energy, the right energy in life is the sunshine.
In the absence of sunlight, there is no visible sunshine ! So

make one yourself. !
Moral lesson: Spread life and gladness by being happy yourself. This is contagious.
When you smile, people will truly smile back. Not all, but it doesn't matter.
Develop this good thing, be a role model.
By having focus on what brings happiness, the clouds of sadness are likely to disappear.
