Thank God it's Friday !

No big plans this Friday evening.
it will be the usual thing...

I'll will be doing my exercises and my meditation tonight! .

All alone at the moment, my children are glad it is Friday! and they  are

gone to the cinema to watch a film I didn't fancy to watch...not this time..


So, I maybe have to take a glass of red wine..
But ...it is not that enjoyable..if you are alone...for I am alone at home this evening...
Maybe I will watch the teleshow?
I don't know...
