Just a wonderful day....

The wonderful day ....









Yes the day today is the best I've had in a long time. Quiet
and relaxing and had carpi diem. There are many reasons for that. Firstly I
have found in my cell which I yesterday have lost. Things are also starting to
fall into place regarding some turbulence on my previous job since I started one month ago.
Now the situation is completely different and I have been moved to another
department. Thanks to the support and assistance from my dept.leader, the institution director and external
and the extern-coach and the cooperation we had in this connection to find a solution. I
also thank for the tremendous support from people who I love who gave
confidence and strength. 

Has been through a complex and relatively heavy process
which was also constructive and important for my own development as a person and
as a nurse. Communication, transparency, sincerity, courage, respect, my own
and others' vulnerability and the freedom and space to do the job

are some key concepts in this context.





I've been training this weekend on important tasks as a
the all-over responsible duty nurse and on Tuesday and Thursday are my first two
eveningshifts at the 6 nursing wards, care plus homes and
living communities. Today was the third and last training. I also had to
learn to use a brand new program in addition to the old program that we have. 

Yes today is day of joy. My cellphone is found and the sun shining as never
before. And it has stopped raining !!!! Yes, I have every reason to smile. :)
