Aspartame - "The tricky little thing"

Det gjelder å være bevisst på "Hva vi putter i munn" som man sier i det daglige språket. For mye eller for lite er ikke bra for helsen. Man kan tenke litt forebygging og tenke hva som kan forårsake ubalanser. Langvarig ubalanser som kan føre til plagsomme symptomer. Symtomer er tegn på sykdom.

ASPARTAME ! Small amount doesn't harm that much. But if your consumption is bigger than your body can take then your yours system will certainly send some signal or alarm you.
Samples of products containing aspartame: Soft drinks, sugar free candies and desserts, frozen desserts or ice creams, iced teas, cocoa mix, chewing gums, breath mints, yogurts, meal replacements and other low calorie or sugarless foods.
