Forest bathing ( Shinrin -Yoku)

"I thank you God for this most amazing day, for the leaping greenly spirits of trees, and for the blue dream of sky and for everything which is natural, which is infinite, which is yes." ~e.e. cummings

One of the beautiful foggy morning  walks of mine through
Stenda mountain.passing through
the Krohn-Hill.

I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in. ~John Muir (1838–1914)

There are actually Shinrin-Yoku classes where participants are encouraged to leave all technology behind, and engage their five senses while walking through the forest. This concept of forest therapy is absolutely wonderful!

Research about the Japanese practice of forest bathing shows that time spent in nature lowers stress levels – and could even help fight cancer.
