Real meditation is going into the world most people are not even considering to go into for various reasons. For me meditation is an act of love. Love can be expressed in so many ways also unto oneself. More than anything else, it is important to know that to be able to give a selfless-love to other, you have to practice self-love. Feel how it feels to be loved. For you deserve it. it is then that you gain insights how it feels to be loved. Then with this first-hand experience, you will be able or capable of giving true and self-less love to other people. It maybe difficult to understand it now. That's is why , i recommend meditation exercise, a real meditation is an act of love. Be at the moment...rest on this moment...let the thoughts come and go...without judging.. without analyzing...without trying to understand.... just be here....on this very moment...give yourself the time
and the moment you need...you will also learn patience and tolerance.
How long, it is up to you... you may use 20...30 or more minutes... do not count... just take it easy
focus on your breath...and just wait where the moment and the next moment brings you...

Don't be afraid of the dark, let your own light and your
spirit shines It is symbolic that however little light or warmth there is from
the candles or tea-light, it help giving you the feeling of security, safe and
warmth. Now close your eyes and...focus on your breath.. Develop your sense of
awareness by being on present-time which is now. and be in this moment. With
your senses and..without judging..nor analyzing things as it comes as a
thought, This exercise helps you bring you develop your awareness and you will
learn to appreciate small things in everyday-life that you didn't notice
before. You will learn acceptance, your good side and your bad side, we all have. Without effort, change takes place, like a small miracle. So while sitting there and trying to meditate, let the thoughts come and and let it go..it will go ! whether you feel positive or negative,
let it happen.. don't define, nor judge. I make it sound easy, but true meditation brings changes in your life in general and your attitude towards life will be change..for
the better..In a way, that nothing can make you sad, afraid nor troubles anymore, unlike before when we were younger and have not tried true meditations.Constant practice becomes a lifestyle. Dig into it, i can assure you, it is worth your time, effort (if you may call it that way)
