It is time to make some changes in your life in the new year and this time it is on one of the most essential functions we have as humans... SLEEP...
I am doing some changes myself, and my daughter has helped me put up a simple
program to follow. Essentially it is about going to bed earlier than i used to, and refrain from eating heavy meal and from using electronics two hours before bed-time. Be rested during the night and wake-up early and energized in the morning. It certainly works for me, it will probably
also works for you. Just be determined to do it!
