Happy Friday, recharge your battery !

Enjoy your weekend and recharge your batteries if you have the chance. 
Make a room for this re-charging process this evening, 
it doesn't take much of your time. It takes  20 minutes that's all.

Sit, close your eyes, R-E-L-A-X with music or in complete silence. 
Focus on your breath. 
After the session, refresh with a lukewarm water to drink with a squeeze of lemon or lime.
Smile and be happy:)
