My tips for a great working-week.


Me. Am trying to stay fit and trying to make my Sunday
a preparation day to keep fit for the next whole-week.


To be fit from Monday, try to make ready on a Sunday.

Recharge and feel refresh, nourish your body and soul with activities you like, 
including the social and the sensual life. 
Light exercise.
And plenty fresh air. 
Whatever you do, do not exaggerate nor over-do !

Key word: Balance :)
Strive to finding some "point" that makes you feel
good and in harmony with the universe.
