Enjoy your week-end, you don't
need to feel lonely just because you are alone !
To make you feel like you are the most important person at your home
which you really are doesn't need to be a resource -intensive affair.
You are a VIP, meaning you should in this weekend treat yourself
from morning to evening. You deserve it!
My goal: To take care of myself even in the week-end which i enjoy doing.
but i am set for eating/drinking some unhealthy stuff too to enjoy sometimes.
I can pamper myself in the evening as a reward for a job well-done
during the day.
Here's my way. You can follow them if you want to or you can make
your own program.
I wake up with a happy face, I thank the universe or God
for giving me all these blessings in life.
REMEMBER TO SMILE !
I start stretching while in bed. Takes 2 minutes.
Then I get up and put on some light training clothes.
I wash my face with water to wake up.
(I switch on the radio to get my morning news and current events.)
Then I go to the kitchen and make myself a mug of coffee or tea.
I use organic coffee and organic tea.
Then I prepare my bottle of drinking water. I take all these with me
to the living room where I do my exercise.
I spend 5 minutes to check my mails while drinking my coffee or tea
I let the rest of the coffee and tea to stay to drink it a little bit later.
Then I drink a little bit water.
REMEMBER THAT YOUR DRINKING WATER SHOULD BE A
LITTLE BIT WARM.
Now I am ready.
Warming-up. I use Robbie William's "Love Supreme" as my
favorite music at the moment to dance with. I dance as my up-warming
and to put me on the mood.
You can take any steps to warm up, your way
When I am warm enough then I can start with my training exercise.
I do the combination of yoga and a faster training like "six weeks six packs"
I usually start with the six weeks six packs first. Takes 30 min.
I take pauses for few seconds in between and drink some water or rest of tea
for I need it.
Then I proceed to my yoga exercise. My favorite now is Shiva Rea's "Earth-flow"
Takes 30 minutes.
A lot of programs to choose. Choose the one you like or fits you best.
Do not force yourself, take the movement that seems natural and doesn't hurt for you.
It is important to listen to your body. But, it is also important to challenge your body
a little. Do not overdo.
TAKE IT SLOWLY..TAKE IT EASY!
When you are done, Then relax for a while. Enjoy and thank yourself for being
a clever person you are today.
Take your shower. Or better still..take a bath.
If I have ample time which i have, during free-weekend, then i take the bath.
I take my dream-bath with scented oil of my choice
and I spread some rose petals in the water if I have any
to make my bath a sensual one!
Enjoy the moment, Rest or do your meditation while in the bathtub. Takes 20 min.
I rise up and rinse with the shower, I close my eyes imagining that the shower water
over me is a healing shower and enjoy the moment.
I dry-up and put on some delightful body creams and put on
some more cozy and comfortable clothes.
I put-on and wear my jasmine perfume.
Now I go back to the kitchen to prepare my breakfast.
I cook more water for tea and go through my little tea-ceremony.
Then I prepare my fresh juice of my own,
I prefer fresh orange fruit and squeeze juice out of it or I blend with other kinds.
I don't use refine sugar but the natural sugar from the fruits
If necessary you can use stevia as sweetener, it is real and healthy stuff.
My favorite breakfast : Organic-oatmeal porridge with butter, acasia & wild-flower honey and cinnamon.
Use real butter. Never use light butter stuff or margarine..
I sit down and enjoy my breakfast or a combination breakfast and lunch.
AFTERNOON.
Now you can decide what to do the rest of the day.
Take a walk outside, if you can.
Socialize. Call a friend.
Read.
EVENING.
Now it is autumn.Cozy in-doors. See to it that your home is decorated with some
autumn colors and be inspired. Put on some cozy candle-lights.
Some relaxing music to put you on the mood.
Or you can watch a film that is relaxing. A romantic- comedy for example.
Pamper yourself. Lay back on your chair or sofa. Close your eyes, relax !
and remember to do your breathing exercise, 2 -3 x a day.
You deserve all these as you are the most important person in your life
at the very moment.
Take a glass of white wine or red wine, or alcohol-free drink.
Or take your favorite tea. My favorite is Organic Jasmine tea.
Enjoy the rest of the evening.
Go to bed when you feel tired and drowsy, you will..
fall asleep and sleep soundly like an angel ! :)

Green or blue grapes (stonefree), light salted biscuits
of your choice , I choose the simple one- Ritz biscuits.
