Health and beauty ( Get your beauty sleep today)

It is said that the sleep you get before midnight is the best sleep you can get , and I agree with that statement . I have always been a "late -sleeper" myself for so many years. I used to  go to bed after midnight for some stupid reasons and feeling less happy in the morning. Firstly, because i don't normally  get the right number of sleep which in my case is 7 hours, and secondly, I have to get up at 6 a.m. and that is early and to the fact that I never get my 7 hours sleep that I need when i go to bed that late when I know that i can do something about, makes it even more stupid.

My body and my system needs 7 hours of sleep, lesser than that, then i really don't feel real good. What bothers me is the fact that if i start to do as my  sub-conscious has told me so for so many times, then it means that I will start to feel better, looks better, my body and the whole being functions better as my body has gotten the energy it needs so it can work optimally. Voila ! I can almost see that my organs and my hormones  had started to "clap hands" and are really happy for my sake. With the beauty sleep, I get the risk of getting sound sleep, sound body and mind and maybe a longer life.....,. bla.bla.. long list of positive things!

To name some negative things I feel my energy level is lower. My eyes, my head, my body, yes every part of me doesn’t function 100%. And my mental ability is also weaker!
 And when i don't get proper sleep so the body can restore and rebuild then my system has to run on saving-mode. This is how wonderful my body and your body actually works for us. The body has to cope up.

It is that irritating to feel sleepy when I should be awake, lacking the energy that I should have, but my batteries are flat and the only thing I know I am lacking is the healthy sleep. so my body will be able to recharge the batteries..

I needed to do something, I told myself...so four days ago..
I started my sleep-regime..

I went to bed at 22:00. I could have "dived into" my sleep-right bed earlier too, but i would create other problem too if i do it and disturb the whole structure i'm trying to build around me, rather than solve, for I feel I have so much to do. I have to deal this issue some other time, not now!

At 22:00 I was ready for my self-healing as this was a part of the plan.knowing i would have ample time to do it which is very good, and I fall asleep at around 23:00. I am now getting approx 7 hours... for a change! And I managed to do it for 4 nights in a row. Just unbelievable for being me!

 I look younger today than I was a week ago , ha ha. it's true .

Amazing! Almost like a magic, it does really wonders for you!


So I want you guys, to try the same, and tell me your experience. I want to hear your feedback.!

It is nice to hear when you hear somebody tells you this: You look younger than your 57 years
Actually you look like you are  40 and not a day over ! ;)
