I am saying: Never mind how you think or how you look while doing your thing, your yoga!
Just start doing it.
Myself, I am getting inspirations from everywhere; from books, old and new, from
a dvd which i got from my daughter, from the you tube, and most of all...
from the yoga steps that I discovered and developed myself !
Tips: Look at the nature around you, the plants, the trees, the animals, your pets like your cat !
Use living and non-living things around you as inspirations, like chair, water-mug, decorations, ceramics,
imitate their form, their postures....then move your body...and dont forget to breath...systemize!
Do not imitate your pet dog, no!.. They are different compared to cats. I love dogs, but they don't have that movement and character that you can use for your yoga, unlike the cats.
I hope you know what I'm talking about. Watch the elegant movement of your pet cat one day, then you know, that's what I'm talking about!
(One may disagree with me, but please let me hear from you!:)
Imitate the forms of the creature around you, like a tree, your water jug, your chair.
Move your body wile you observe....study...develop...
Proceed, move your body while watching your cat in the bathroom.
Just continue moving.... use your imagination and your creative thinking...
Adopt and systematize it with breathing system and elegant movement..
Congratulations!
You've got your own yoga steps.. just practice on it and you can improvize.
The key is to follow your head and your heart....follow and improved it....your way!
Develop your own discovery!
No stress, no press,...
Incorporate breathing in every move that you make.
Breath in and breath out.
YOU JUST HAVE TO TAKE YOUR TIME!
Warm up, it is that important.
Enjoy your achievement.
Practice between 1- 3 times a week ! or when you have the chance even more often!
AND DON'T FORGET TO BREATH !!!!!
And stretch-up at the end of your training.
(Make ready a bottle of drinking water beside,
for you may feel the thirst.)
GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR YOGA!
