Long and good Friday

Maybe it is my lucky day today.

I just came home from job at 15:30  and the sun is still shining bright !

So I am planning to take some lighter clothes on me

and go out on my back porch where the sunlight is.

And with my favorite jasmine tea and the latest nursing magazine on my hand,

I think I can tell myself..and the rest of the world,

that today is a good and lucky day for me.

I'll take it easy today and do some soul-searching

and reflections.

Then i would go on meditation with my favorite

meditation music.

Then later on when the sun is about to go down, from my side

where it physically disappear from the horizon back the Fana mountain. At around 8 p.m.

then i have to do my sun-salutation yoga.

Saying thank you and goodbye to the sun.

Small little things and rituals  that mean a lot to me:)

Today I can say that I am looking forward to Easter Sunday !:)

P.S. My father is also having his 83rd birthday today.

So.... Happy birthday, Tatay!
