I wish your day will be as beautiful as mine!
You may do the following:
Shut your cellphone,
Do the same with your tele - vision
Today is your day!
Your body and mind needs your attention,
needs your love!
So give it!
Sit down or
Lie down,
Feel the silence,
Take a deep breath
Relaaaax,
You can do anything you like to do, just feel good with whatever you are doing.
Read a good book that give insights or just lay back and relax.
or
Take a relaxing bath with your favorite oil and scents.
Pamper your skin.
Enjoy the time and the silence this moment brings!
or
You can take a light exercise!
Maybe a little walk.
Fresh air gives fresh mind!
You need the change!
See and feel the beauty of the nature around you!
Pick a leaf, look at it closely, pick a flower, enjoy its beauty,
Thank the universe for giving us all these!
Drink plenty water,
Lukewarm water with some lemon squeeze in it,
or some slice of strawberries in it, taste real good!
Eat fruits and vegetables. You can eat vegetables throughout the day.
Eat protein rich food one time a day, and give your body something solid
to build on.
Drink your coffee to enjoy, i take mine 2 times a day.
The rest of the time, i drink organic tea or lukewarm water.
Life is full of surprises big and small and challenges may come and go,
And there is you!
You are beautiful and strong, i know you are!
Your inner strength is in you,
Be aware of this bounty within you,
Breath and feel that energy,
It is there for you,
Use the energy, recycle it, nurture it, give it more life!
The more you nurture and give it the life it needs,
the stronger you become and the happier you will be!
It is there for you!
When you understand how powerful you are inside,
it will show outside, you sparkle like a star,
your eyes show your inner feelings!
and your smile can't be mistaken for
that you are happy and contented,
It is you who is the master of your life,
Make your life a happy one!
Strive and think and remember that there is nothing
in this life that you can't achieve.
Always try to see the bright side of life!
Do this exercise:
Relax and dream your day away with music that touches your soul and just dance intuitively!
Breath deeply and exhale with sound like Ahhh!
Then don't forget to smile!..
Bear in mind that you can be happy
no matter what!
