The answer is simple, you do it already! If I ask you what color your car is , you have to actually see it in your mind to find the answer .
Used systematically over time, the visualization can help you achieve more of what you want in life.
Want to become a better football player ? Imagine that you score a goal , dribbling opponent or turning dream pass .
Want to quit smoking ? Imagine that you are non smoker.

It is easier to visualize when you are relaxed , here is a technique you can use:
1 Decide on an area of your life you want to be better.
2 Find a place where you will not be disturbed for a while.
3 Put happily on some relaxing music.
4 Lay down comfortably on your back . Whether in bed or in a Gym mats .
5 Concentrate on your breathing. Count to five as you inhale with your nose . Hold your breath for a count of 5 Breathe out completely while breathing through 5.
Repeat this procedure 10 times.
6 Draw attention to your toes . Imagine what would little toe felt if it is fully relaxed .
Feel the warmth spread , the tension loosens . Proceed to the next toe, then to the rest of the foot , legs , thighs , etc. All the way until you come to the top of the head .
7 Begin to visualize what you decided in step 1.
Try to make the experience as real as possible.
Let's say you visualize that you score a goal in the cup final in soccer. Imagine the cheers from the crowd and his teammates , hear the sounds , smell the heady feeling of success in the body.
The more real you manage to see it for yourself , the greater the effect does exercise.
8 Repeat visualization exercise regularly. Set the example of half an hour every morning before you get started with the rest of the day's activities .
