When you've been partying a little too eager, only time can completely clear up your mind and calm the stomach. But with some simple steps you can speed the process.
Drink lots of water to create and maintain fluid balance.
Water has a cleaning effect. Add a little lemon juice in it. It gives the fresh taste and
lemon has cleansing effect.
Give yourself some relief in form of a cold compress on the forehead.
3 drops of essential oil:
lavender, peppermint or rosemary
If you feel nausea, you can use rose or sandalwood instead.
Take B vitamins (I take it everyday even if I do not drink, :))
Vit. B is very good for you. It is good to take vitamin before the party
But it is also helps if you take it the next morning.
Vitamin B Complex is the best. The best choice is the natural vitamins.
