Try to live your life as balance as you can, meaning, you can eat some unhealthy stuff during weekends, but try to eat healthy foods during weekdays, like i do! You can do it too! Stay as healthy as possible and be happy!
Take regular exercise.
Find some interesting hobbies.
Get some deep sleep.

My all time favorite food .... the green foods! I think steaming is the best way to do it, then sprinkle some olive oil and pink (Himalayan) salt on top .. fresh and good tasting and very healthy!
My green tea...
There are many types (qualities) of green tea.. From the best one to next best and so on and so forth.. Give yourself a luxury, by choosing the best one...when or if you have the chance !
Not on the photo, but the other healthy foods (and preparations)that i regularly eat and take are as follows:
1. Dark colored and green vegetables.
2. Quinoa flakes or grains
3. Oats (organic)
4. Brown rice (during weekend) or some potatoes.
5. Organic honey
5a. Royal Jelly, Pollen, Propolis (organic)
6. Extra virgin coconut oil (organic)
7. Cold-pressed virgin olive oil for cooking and salad dressings (organic)
8. Organic Raw Walnut butter
9. Organic Peanut butter
10. Organic Coconut butter
11: Stevia powder and liquid for natural sweetening purposes
12. Avocado
13. Liver - for proteins and other nutrients our body needs. Liver is full of vitamins and minerals.
14. Fatty fish like Salmon - for Omega 3
16. Cod-liver oil
17. Pepper and turmeric (gurkemia), himalayan (pink) salt as important food seasoning
18.Lean meat for protein needs. White meats (chicken and other poultry meat)
19.Greek yoghurt - protein enriched.
20. Kefir melk special cultured milk.
20a. Organic extra light milk.
20b. Two cups(krus) of good, filter coffee.
21.Vitamins and minerals : Vitamin Code (from Garden of Life) - vitamin capsules for women.
Contents: Raw-whole food multi Live Probiotics and enzymes. No binders or fillers, vegetarian, dairy free, gluten free.
22. Vitamin C tablets with Zinc..
23. Magnesium ( especially if you are training)

Tips: Tea types that i love at the moment:
Organic Green Balance green tea (with lemon grass and peppermint);
Jasmine green tea with flower infusion (organic)
Rooibos African spice Ayurvedic Spice infusion (organic).
Spend time at tea shops or Natural life and health food shops and find what you fall for, there are dozens of interesting tea of all kinds.
ranging from Yogi tea to ayurvedic tea.
Tips: Organic foods and health stuffs are a bit more expensive than the usual or common stuff, therefore i see to buy one or two things at a time, whenever i get my salary (on a salary day)
Then you slowly (but surely) kind of building up you organic stuff cabinet or food shelf at home without spending a fortune at one time. It would be heavy for you! So do this (slowly) consciously until you have most of the things that you need.
Think environment too: I have now for the second shopping around managed to buy "green" (environment friendly) hand-dishwashing liquid and toilet cleaner. And they are surprisingly cheaper too than i thought in the beginning.
Examples: Ecover (powered by nature) Lemon/Aloe-vera washing up liquid.Very effective and surprisingly cheap.Only Kr 45-49 for 1 liter.
E-cover toilet cleaner- Pine fresh with triple action. (Cleans, decalcifies and freshens)
same price, size 750 ml. I hope you do the same. lets start while we can. It is new year, a significant time to start with doing things that makes our life better and our environment a little better. Lets start on ourselves.
