For I am free from my nursingpractice and free from my job at the home nursing.
Well I am free until 19:30 this evening..
then i have to start working....on a so-called short shift..It is ideal for the day!
So I will report to work at 19:30 and to finish at 22:30.
then free again tomorrow...
It is study time tomorrow so i have to read my books at home.
So today i have all the reasons to celebrate..
Which i just did!
First, i wake up in the morning after a 7 hour of sleep..for a change! (wonderful!)
Then i started while in bed, my breathing exercise with focus on waking up the sleeping
energy along my spine...a 5 minutes kundalini awakening exercise.
Exercise.
Breath-in (or inhale) upward. Start at your rootchakra, drawing from there the energy upward
along your spine while holding the breath up unto your third eye area (the space on the middle of your forehead in between your two eyebrows)
-then breath out (exhale) this time drawing the energy downward or opposite direction from the third eye
then down along the spine to the root chakra.
Repeat the exercise for ..say 5 minutes.
I did it for 5 minutes today. (You may feel some tingling sensation or you may not, it doesn't
matter!)
Then followed by a 10 minutes normal breathing to integrate it into your system. This time with focus on thinking or chanting silently inside you a mantra (powerful
word)..
The mantra: I am ! (in norwegian .... Jeg er! )
Note: If you decide to do the kundalini breathing for say 2 minutes, then you have to integrate the energy in your system for 4 minutes (double the time) by doing a normal breathing with mantra. If 5 minutes breathing exercise of kundalini-waking up exercise, then you have to incorporate the energy within your system for 10 minutes. For you need it! Just sit down or lie down and relax, breath normally for 10 minutes while thinking and chanting inside you the mantra word....I AM!
Meditation. Then I decided to take another meditation round up for 10 minutes this time.
Place: On the floor of my bedroom. Candle light in front of me.
You can light up some incense with the smell and aroma of your choice (stimulating or calming)
Meditation music on the background, anything that makes you on the mood.
Sunyoga or Sun salutations.
After that i went to do some yoga... Sun greeting yoga. Ideal to do in the morning and also in the evening (sunrise and sunset)
With meditation and breathing exercise and yoga I feel so alive, balanced and happy!
Like the flower, I can see and feel the freshness, feeling energized and healthy!
Now, I am ready to eat my breakfast. :)
P.S. I wish each and everyone a wonderful day:)
Each day is unique and is full of small magical moment. Start looking
around you, use your senses, listen to the silence, it has it's own magical way to get in touch with you!:)
