Meditation (How to meditate)

People are curious about meditation. And I asked them if they are doing it or planning to try it and the answer is no..

Most people I know  are willing to try it but they don't know how to do it.
Others come up with other reasons like they don't have the patience to sit there and so on and so forth.
Meditation needs not be complicated if you can tell yourself that " it is easy to do it, i just have to be patient and start giving it a try. then try, and try again (if you won't suceed the first and the second and the third time)

 When things are new to you then you hesitate to do it for the  simple reason.
" You simply don't have the knowledge how to do it and so on and so forth.


I did go through difficulties too in the beginning, but i just had to try and try it again until i finally succeed the third time. :)

I am thinking about meditation which i also oftentimes mentioned earlier in my blogposts but am not sure if it contains helpful information..on how to do it!

Tips: Don't get disappointed if you don't succeed on first try, it is but normal not to feel anything special
the first time. Give it a try until you feel that something is happening.. Sooner or later you will get there. Learn to be patient for patience is an essential part of it. Give yourself the time and the chance.
