The art of loving - ( Is more giving than receiving)

As a mature woman with life experience, I may say that happiness, sadness, or loneliness is a state of mind.

You can decide whether to be lonely or happy, it is more of a choice, a decision.

Can you also say the same when it comes to love?

My answer is, yes! My attitude towards love is more logical now than emotional.

A strong feeling of commitment, more of delivering a promise than a compromise,  a responsibility, act of care as human being is capable of giving,

an engagement.

A practical love. The situation of which a certain  practical need arises and you are there to provide assistance. Love as affection is an end result, a consequence.

My feeling of love now is more forgiving, more understanding, and is very unconditional.

It is more of giving and less of receiving, undemanding, more tolerant !
it is opposite of being self centered.

Is it a kind of awareness of reaching a state of being fulfilled as human being?

My answer is: Perhaps it is!

And it is probably the highest and the most ultimate goal one can 

achieve !
